The final 2010-11 InterMat rankings featured 69 wrestlers that competed in the 2010 Super 32 Challenge. This includes four wrestlers that ended the season ranked first in the nation – Super 32 Challenge champions Anthony Ashnault and Nick Hodgkins, along with runner-up finishers Nathan Tomasello and Jason Tsirtsis. Also of note is that approximately 200 participants from the 2010 Super 32 won a state title, New England Regional title, or National Prep championship at season’s end.

At the 2011 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, five of the ten champions were wrestlers that had competed in the Super 32 Challenge during their high school career: Jordan Oliver (Oklahoma State), Kyle Dake (Cornell), Bubba Jenkins (Arizona State), Jon Reader (Iowa State), and Dustin Kilgore (Kent State). Other past competitors at the Super 32 include NCAA runner-up David Taylor (Penn State) and All-Americans Scotti Sentes (Central Michigan), Walter Peppelman (Harvard), Ed Ruth (Penn State), and Cam Simaz (Cornell). Nic Bedelyon (Kent State), Devin Carter (Virginia Tech), Tony Ramos (Iowa), Andrew Alton (Penn State), Stephen Dutton (Lehigh), Eric Grajales (Michigan), and Scott Winston (Rutgers) were other 2011 NCAA participants who came within one win of earning All-American honors.
